Cancellation Policy

Virtual Plumbing Service Agreement This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Virtual Plumbing, operated by Nick Levitsky ("Service Provider"), and the individual or entity using the virtual plumbing services ("Client"). 1. Scope of Services Virtual Plumbing offers virtual consulting services for residential plumbing issues via video call, phone call, or messaging. Services include but are not limited to: DIY plumbing guidance Troubleshooting plumbing issues Emergency virtual consultations Note: Virtual Plumbing does not provide in-person labor. The Client is responsible for executing any physical plumbing work. 2. Client Responsibilities Provide accurate and detailed information about the plumbing issue. Ensure a stable internet connection and proper device setup for virtual sessions. Follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment when performing plumbing tasks based on Service Provider advice. Understand that outcomes depend on their execution of guidance provided. 3. Fees & Payments Service fees are displayed at the time of booking. Payment is required before the consultation begins. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card or any platform specified on the Virtual Plumbing website. 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients may reschedule up to 12 hours before their appointment. Cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment may not be eligible for a refund. No-shows are non-refundable. 5. Liability & Disclaimer Virtual Plumbing offers expert advice based on the information and visuals provided by the Client. The Service Provider is not liable for damages, injuries, or losses resulting from improper execution of advice. The Client acknowledges they are responsible for the actual plumbing work and assume all risks involved. 6. Intellectual Property Any materials or guides shared by Virtual Plumbing are the intellectual property of the Service Provider and may not be redistributed or reused without permission. 7. Privacy & Confidentiality Client information will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing services unless required by law. 8. Termination Virtual Plumbing reserves the right to terminate a session if the Client is disrespectful, unsafe, or in breach of the agreement. No refund will be provided in such cases. By scheduling a service with Virtual Plumbing, the Client agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
